Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute national and international SAP data migration projects.

• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through SAP data migration processes and addressing all related questions.

• Ensure project success by managing scope, quality, and deliverables.

• Lead and coordinate SNP project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and results.

• Guarantee quality assurance within project deliverables.

• Strengthen customer relationships and identify further opportunities for collaboration.

• Conduct presales activities, including workshops and presentations, to support business development efforts.

Skills & Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in SAP project environments, ideally in SAP migration projects (e.g., migrations to S/4HANA).

• Proven experience leading SAP projects, including functional and budgetary responsibility.

• Strong analytical skills and creativity in solving business and technical challenges related to data migration.

• Knowledge of SAP architectures is an advantage.

• Technical affinity and enthusiasm for innovation and new technologies.

• Enjoyment of leading projects in an international environment with strong intercultural competence.

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

• Proficiency in German (minimum C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level).
