• Experience in several implementation projects of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and/or Performance & Goals
• Strong knowledge in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Desire to learn
• Great organization and communication skills
• Fluent in German and proficient in English
• Willingness to travel
