Finance Key User

Join a Subledger team in Berlin as a Key User – Finance, and play a significant role in the organization's digital transformation. You'll collaborate closely with various departments, especially IT. Your enthusiasm and dedication will be crucial in optimizing and maintaining the accounts payable and receivable systems, and ensure the smooth translating of IT requirements into business language, and vice versa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the connection between the Global Trade Compliance function, Global IT, external service providers, and Global Key Users (GKU) to ensure alignment on IT solutions and processes.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Handle incident management and provide second-level user support. Supervise development, testing, and implementation of change requests.
• Prepare and conduct tests for system upgrades and enhancements, including documentation review and approval for user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Be actively involved in the implementation of S/4HANA and other IT tools.
• Document business processes and changes.
• Assist in defining, implementing, and enhancing system roles and authorizations.

Your Profile:

• Degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a similar field.
• Several years of relevant experience in finance and IT.
• Practical knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, particularly in SAP and S/4HANA.
• Familiarity with PowerBI and Hypatos is a plus, as well as electronic invoice processing systems like xFlow.
• A digital mindset and experience in supporting the digital transformation of AP and AR.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Solution- and service-oriented mindset to develop innovative and sustainable solutions.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
