Tasks:

• Oversee and manage activities within the SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors Environment.
• Drive the digitalization, optimization, and standardization of global HR processes.
• Enhance and streamline the HR IT landscape.
• Collaborate on SAP projects.
• Provide SAP user support.
• Execute customization activities.
• Manage external consultants.
• Develop guidelines and documentation.

Your Profile:

• Degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM processes and modules, SuccessFactors, and Concur.
• Practical experience in implementing and supporting SAP HR systems.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent customer orientation and a self-reliant, structured approach to work.
• Intercultural competence and excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken). German and other languages are a plus.
