Manager HR Transformation


About the Position

My client is seeking a Manager for their Learning and Talent Transformation division. This role involves leading HR transformation initiatives, with a strong emphasis on Learning & Development and Talent Management, for top-tier companies.


You will support clients in modernizing and optimizing HR operations, focusing on talent strategies, skills-based organizational structures, development processes, and technology enhancements. Additionally, you will help grow the team's capabilities, spearhead product innovation, and enhance their market positioning through thought leadership. Your responsibilities will include securing new projects, crafting proposals, and managing the proposal process. Alongside management responsibilities, you will mentor junior team members and represent the organization.


Your Profile

  • Education & Experience: You hold a degree in psychology, social sciences, or business administration with excellent academic performance and have at least 5 years of experience in HR consulting, specializing in L&D and/or talent management.
  • Expertise: You bring extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with technology-driven Learning & Talent transformation initiatives and can integrate these strategically within organizations.
  • HR Processes: You are proficient in HR processes, tools, and trends, including skill management, AI, and experience platforms.
  • Skills: You possess strong analytical and conceptual abilities, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Team Orientation: You are a collaborative team player, open-minded, curious, and enjoy sharing your expertise.
  • Technical Proficiency: Fluent in English with strong MS Office skills in a project management setting.
