Position Overview:

As a SuccessFactors Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing SuccessFactors projects across various international locations. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SuccessFactors modules, ensuring alignment with clients' HR strategies and objectives. This role requires hands-on project experience, strong leadership skills, and fluency in German to effectively communicate with stakeholders in a German-speaking client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead end-to-end implementation projects of SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning Management, and other relevant modules.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure SuccessFactors to meet client needs.
  3. Provide expertise in SuccessFactors best practices, system capabilities, and configuration options to optimize system performance and user experience.
  4. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and internal teams on SuccessFactors functionality and processes.
  5. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery within scope, on time, and within budget.
  6. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support and guidance post-implementation.
  7. Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in HR technology, particularly within the SuccessFactors ecosystem, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  8. Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve project objectives.


  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience (5+ years) leading and managing SuccessFactors implementation projects, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
  3. Hands-on experience configuring and customizing SuccessFactors modules, with a deep understanding of system capabilities and limitations.
  4. Fluency in German (both written and verbal) is essential to communicate effectively with German-speaking clients and internal teams.
  5. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  7. Proactive problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
  8. Certifications in SuccessFactors modules (e.g., SuccessFactors Professional Certification) are a plus.
