Are you an experienced consultant with strong SAP expertise looking to make a significant impact on business processes? Join a team as an SAP TM/WM Stream Lead and play a key role in a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation.

What You'll Do:

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Rollouts: Manage major releases as part of an ongoing transformation project, which will run for a minimum of 4+ years.
• SAP TM Focus: Take ownership of the SAP Transportation Management (TM) stream, ensuring its successful design, implementation, and integration.
• WM Integration: Oversee the integration of SAP Warehouse Management (WM) into the broader SAP ecosystem, aligning it with SAP TM processes.
• Business Process Consolidation: Work across multiple business units to streamline processes and align them with corporate objectives.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with a diverse range of internal stakeholders, including workstream leads and project heads, ensuring smooth communication and cooperation across teams.
• Agile Project Management: Lead projects using agile methodologies, including sprint development and user story creation.
• Problem Solving: Ask the tough questions to challenge existing processes, ensuring effective solutions are implemented.
• Support Digitization Efforts: Beyond SAP, contribute to broader digitization initiatives within the company, influencing future strategy.

About You:

• 5+ years of (partial) Project Management experience, particularly with SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong expertise in SAP TM (Transportation Management) with a focus on implementation and optimization.
• Knowledge of SAP WM (Warehouse Management) from an integration perspective.
• A proven track record in business process and structure consolidation.
• Experience in industries like manufacturing, pharma, food, agriculture, or automotive is a plus.
• Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders across different units.
• Familiarity with Greenfield implementations from a process perspective.
• Strong communication skills with a talent for presenting to senior management and leading discussions on business transformation.
• Fluent English (German is advantageous but not required).
