Program Manager

POSITION SUMMARY 

Manage processes in the supply chain to effectively maintain appropriate inventory levels and service level to meet company objectives. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor’s Degree or four (4) years’ equivalent work-related experience

Preferred Qualifications 

• Three (3) years logistics and product management experience

• Scheduling & inventory management experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA’s) 

• Proficient knowledge of the MS Office Suite.

• Extensive overall logistics experience. Ability to understand complex technical information and business terms.

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines through sound project management, prioritization.

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish reading, writing & speaking. Professional proficiency preferred.

• Ability to communicate with others in an effective and concise manner.

• Previous experience with materials, planning, and production modules of SAP is preferred.

• Working knowledge of SAP

• Working knowledge of sales, marketing, and demand planning

• Knowledge of the principles of optimization and how optimization is performed using software packages

• Familiarity with network optimization, inventory optimization, product flow analysis, operations planning, and cost to serve analysis.

• Knowledge of product management methodologies, concepts, processes, and documentation.

• Ability to manage tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work independently

• Possess strong analytical skills in reviewing data to identify trends and opportunities

• Knowledge of supply chain functions, forecasting tools/software

• Analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

• Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, present complex ideas concisely and clearly articulate ideas verbally and in writing
