Project background:

The customer is working with “Forecast Allocation”.

The total number of pieces to be produced is calculated in various external systems.

Via a hierarchy in S/4HANA, this total number has to be allocated to the various product groups.

There are also production quantity commitments/reservations for customers at product group level. The customer can order any quantity up to the committed quantity.

If the confirmed quantity is exceeded, an alert should be triggered and customer service must then check whether a further customer order can be received.

Requirement:

- Development of a concept

- Definition and effort estimation of the business requirements in Cloud ALM
