Are you an experienced Dynamics 365 SCM enthusiast with a passion for driving successful implementations? Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Dynamics 365 SCM Consultant. As a vital link between our clients, stakeholders, and system integrators, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless adoption and utilization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 within our clients' supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate effectively by bridging the gap between clients, stakeholders, and system integrators to facilitate clear communication and understanding of project objectives.
• Leverage your proven expertise in implementing Dynamics 365 to guide and support clients through the implementation lifecycle, from planning and design to configuration and deployment.
• Demonstrate fluency in Microsoft Dynamics, effectively translating technical concepts into clear, accessible language for various stakeholders.
• Embrace the opportunity to travel, as needed, for on-site engagements, all expenses covered by the client.
• Skillfully gather and analyze requirements from clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their unique needs and operational nuances.
• Possess a foundational understanding of blocking and tactics crucial for a successful Dynamics 365 SCM implementation, employing problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise.
• Operate as a seasoned functional consultant, collaborating seamlessly with system integrators to ensure the integration and customization of Dynamics 365 meet client expectations.
• Exhibit a strong grasp of Dynamics 365 capabilities, functionalities, and best practices, advising clients on how to optimize the platform to achieve their supply chain goals.
• Showcase leadership qualities by guiding and leading implementation projects or specific tracks, effectively driving the project toward successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 SCM implementations, with a minimum of 8 years in a similar role.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with requirements-gathering techniques and the ability to translate them into actionable project plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a foundational understanding of supply chain principles.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing project requirements and client needs.
• Previous experience as a team leader or lead consultant on implementation projects is highly desirable.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification(s) is a plus.

Location: On-site at the client's location, with around 30% travel to East Coast for workshops and meetings.
